1) Who we are

Haxly Trading LLC (“Haxly”, “we”, “us”) is a multinational B2B trading partner supplying metals & steel, plastics, industrial chemicals, and heavy machinery. Website content is for business and institutional users only.

2) Not a sales offer / pre-contract information only

Information on this Site is general and non-binding. It does not constitute an offer, acceptance, commitment to sell, or technical advice. All commercial terms, specifications, warranties (if any), pricing, delivery, and liabilities are governed only by the final RFQ/quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, and the written contracts we execute with you.

3) Using our Site

You may view, download, and print pages for your internal business use. You must not misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

4) RFQs, quotes, and orders (snapshot)

  • Quotes are subject to availability, market movements, and final specification review.

  • Incoterms, delivery windows, quality tolerances, inspection protocols, and documentation requirements apply as stated in the quotation/contract.

  • We may require KYC/AML checks, sanctions screening, and compliance confirmations before proceeding.

  • We can decline or withdraw quotations or orders at our discretion where compliance, risk, or commercial conditions are not satisfied.

5) Accuracy of information

We aim to keep content current but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Technical data sheets, mill test certificates, certificates of analysis, and other records provided in a transaction prevail over website text.

6) Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images—is owned by Haxly or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without our prior written permission except as permitted in Section 3.

7) Acceptable use (prohibited conduct)

You agree not to:

  • probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities;

  • introduce malware or disrupt service;

9) Submissions & confidentiality

Unsolicited ideas or materials sent via the Site are not confidential. RFQ files you intentionally submit may be used to evaluate and price your request and to engage vetted suppliers/logistics partners for that purpose. If you require additional confidentiality, please request a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive information.

10) Compliance statements

Sanctions & export control. We comply with applicable UAE, UN, EU, UK, and US sanctions/export control regimes and do not transact with restricted parties or for prohibited uses.
Anti-bribery. We prohibit bribery, facilitation payments, and improper advantages. Report concerns to [email protected].
Human rights & modern slavery. We oppose forced labour and human trafficking and expect our partners to uphold equivalent standards.

Our total liability relating to the Site shall not exceed AED 1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haxly from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

16) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
